Roger asked if I could post a recipe of the week on the LDL Website.
Came to the boards 2 weeks ago only to find a Russian spammer posted numerous posts for Crypto Currency.
In trying to delete his posts, I deleted nearly all topics in the various forums.
I am devastated especially after Roger Troy paid a big price to get the boards up and running again.
Feel free to scroll through to find any recipes that any still be there.
The data base was backed up but I am unable to restore it so many members may have been deleted.

I believe you can still create topics and post
