The Lord literally answered my prayers and guided me to Roger Troy and Let’s Do Lunch. What a blessing to be able to eat as often as you can and as much as you want; still lose weight, and never feel hungry?

I have lost 4 pant sizes in 4 months. I haven’t had this much energy in years. I am more active. I am not ashamed to go places. To top it all off, I sleep better. Everyone on the Let’s Do Lunch bulletin board is like family. God Bless Roger Troy, and Let’s Do Lunch, for changing my life.

I have been on LDL since October 1, 2006 and I have lost 16 pounds. I love the way that my body feels. I have more energy and do not have the afternoon “sleepies” like I did before LDL.

Yesterday I had great results from my lab work. My blood pressure is down, my blood sugar is down, my cholesterol levels have dropped. Doctor doesn’t know how I am doing the weight loss, but he said to keep on keeping on… and I will do just that!

I feel much better now that I did 6 or 7 years ago. I used to go home from work and try to figure out where we were going to go to eat supper as I did not have the energy to fix us anything to eat. Now, we usually go home and I cook us something and clean up the kitchen too! Sometimes I even get other things done that I haven’t done for years!

I am so glad I found LDL. All my cravings for bread, pasta, chocolate are gone! Eating protein at my noon or big meal has been a happy switch for me, I used to eat no breakfast and skip lunch, but from 5:00PM on all I wanted to do was eat. I was never satisfied, so I stuffed with pasta & bread and ended up with dark chocolate. I ate vegetables but no fruit.

Now with LDL, I drink fruit smoothies for breakfast and don’t get hungry, then I have some of the wonderful LDL protein recipes. I love to cook and my family is getting the benefit of these great recipes too. I have some frozen grapes in the evening and maybe some bean soup and best of all, I have popcorn.

LDL teaches us to turn off the cravings with beans, peas, corn and fruit. I have more energy than ever and my Dr.’s say I am healthier, lower cholesterol, blood sugars and blood pressure. I am losing weight without thinking about it all the time and I am never hungry! Praise the Lord.

I’ve been on the program for starting on week 6. I’ve lost 18.25 pounds so far. But the absolute best part of this is that I’ve lost all the cravings!!!

Even when I’m not able to “stick to the plan” because of a special occasion, I AM able to jump right back on track at the next meal. While having some problems convincing my children how great it is, they are coming around little by little!
